Consignments

If you are considering selling an artwork from your collection, VOENA offers a white glove service for consignments. We provide a bespoke professional service for each client who consigns with us, from the initial discussions through to the sale and all associated administrative work.

Consigning with VOENA is a seamless process; below you'll find details of what to expect when entrusting your artwork to us:

1. Contact us

Simply fill in the form on this page with your details, and any information and documentation relating to the artwork you would like to consign. Where possible, please include photographs of both the front and back of the work. All information is useful in these early stages, so please include as much detail as possible.

2. Research

VOENA reviews every submission we receive, considering the artwork in depth and undertaking due diligence and further research where required. We respond personally to all enquiries, so please do not hesitate to contact us.

3. Artwork viewing

After research is undertaken, we may wish to see the artwork in person, to ascertain its value and provide the best possible advice to you concerning the consignment.

4. Consignment confirmation

VOENA will draft a consignment agreement based upon your needs and preferences, that maximises the potential of the artwork, and in time will deliver the best results for the consignment. Depending on your wishes, we may present your artwork at fairs, in exhibitions, or handle the sale entirely privately.
